DESCRIPTION:The Short Hills Wildlife Alliance group plans on attending the park gates (Pelham Road entrance) each day of the hunt\, in peaceful protest and vigil to stand for the deer and the park. Please mark November 18th on your calendar and plan to join us\, anytime from 4:30pm til 6:30 pm.   \nThe additional dates for this year’s “Deer Herd Reduction” in Short Hills Park are as follows: Thursday Nov. 29th and Friday Nov. 30th. \nIf you cannot attend at the park\, please send a quick email to the new South West Zone Manager for Ontario Parks. Greg Wilson\, SWZ Manager – greg.wilson2@ontario.ca and or Rod Phillips\, Minister of Environment\, Conservation & Parks – rod.phillips@pc.ola.org\nVoice your opposition about this attack on the deer and the once peaceful park.
